Mac OSX PPTP Tutorial

This page contains information on how to setup your VPN using a Mac device

IMPORTANT: First, please ensure that you have the correct login information, as provided in our login help guide.

Step one: Open up your System Preferences menu, and click "Network".

Step two: Click the Add icon at the bottom left of the window to add a new network.

Step three: Select the interface as VPN and VPN type to PPTP. Feel free to name the Service Name anything you wish.

Step four: Fill in the Server Address field with the one of the server addresses (such as: given to you in the VPN Activation email upon registration. The account name is the "Username" as displayed in your VPN Activation email. Change the encryption to Maximum (128 bit only).

Step five: Click on authentication settings and enter the password given to you in the My Services section of the client area (as explained here), then click ok.

Step six: Click the "Advanced" button at the bottom right of the window, and check the "Send all traffic over VPN connection" box, then click ok.

Step seven: Click apply, and then click connect to access your new VPN!
