Login credentials issues (incorrect password etc.)

If you haven't yet received your "VPN Activation" email, then you won't be able to login until we've activated your account.

If you have received your VPN activation email, then your username should be listed in that email (it's usually your email address).

Your password is not the password that you used to sign up for the service. Your password can be found as follows:

Please follow this link (login if necessary). Click the green arrow next to your service, and scroll to the bottom of the page to view your username and password.

If your username has a "+" symbol, then you won't be able to login, as VPN protocols do not support the "+" symbol. If this is the case, please open a support ticket.
