1. OpenVPN setup
If you're using OpenVPN, please open the OpenVPN software, and begin to delete all of the current profiles that you have imported. Depending on which version you are using, you may be able to simply click a "remove" icon, or you may have to right click and select "delete" for each profile. Once deleted, you can download our new OpenVPN files from here: http://www.vpn.sh/clients/dl.php?type=d&id=29
The download is a ZIP file, so once downloaded you'll need to export the files into a folder on your machine. Once exported, please import the specific .OVPN files which you wish to access (there is a separate .OVPN file for each location, named accordingly) into OpenVPN. This should be performed using the same method as when you installed the original OpenVPN files, and step-by-step tutorials can be found over at: http://www.vpn.sh/tutorials
2. PPTP/L2TP setup
If you are using PPTP or L2TP, please open up your network settings for your desired locations, and replace the "hostname" or "IP" field with one of the following values to access that specific location. Once updated, save the configuration, and attempt to reconnect:
The format is as follows: Location: Hostname
You only need to copy the hostname section into your configuration.
